May promises to be exceptionally cinematic! Multikino at Sopot Promenade, has prepared for its viewers a set of premieres and special events not to be missed. The repertoire includes long-awaited cinema productions as well as proposals for the youngest and fans of sporting emotions.
On the evening of 30 April, screenings of the new Marvel production ‘Thunderbolts*’ will begin. This is the story of an unstoppable team made up of forgotten heroes of the universe, including Yelena Belova, Bucky Barnes and Red Guardian.
May will also bring plenty of excitement for thriller and action fans. On Multikino screens we will see, among others:
‘Spies’ (pre-release 2-3 May) – Steven Soderbergh’s latest thriller starring Michael Fassbender and Cate Blanchett,
‘Deceive Destiny: Blood Ties’ (previews 9-11 May) – the new instalment of the cult thriller series,
‘Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning’ (previews 17-18 May, official premiere 23 May) – the return of Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt.
For lovers of emotion and nostalgia, 30 May will see the debut of ‘Karate Kid. Legends’, a new tale of struggle, friendship and overcoming one’s weaknesses, starring Jack Chan and Ralph Macchio as mentors.
May is also the month celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Polish Film Institute. On this occasion, Multikino will present selected titles of Polish cinema of the last two decades, including ‘The Art of Loving’, ‘Gods’, ‘Cold War’, ‘Corpus Christi’ and ‘You Are God’ – the perfect opportunity to experience them once again on the big screen.

‘Grandpa, we’re blowing!’ – a touching and adventurous story about the relationship between a grandfather and granddaughter (from 9 May),
‘Lilo and Stitch’ – the live-action version of the cult Disney animation (from 23 May),
‘Peppa meets Baby’ – a new dose of animated adventures with Peppa and her friends (from 30 May),
‘The Proud Princess’ – a Czech family comedy (from 30 May).
And already on 31 May something special for football fans – the UEFA Champions League final on the big screen! Thanks to the cooperation with CANAL+, Multikino invites you to a unique transmission in Full HD quality.
